Role Overview

As a Cha Master, you will play a key role in every part of the store’s daily operation, from opening and preparing ingredients to crafting drinks, serving customers, and closing the store. You will create a welcoming experience for our guests while keeping the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and set up the store for service, preparing tea bases, toppings, snack ingredients, and equipment.
• Prepare tea, coffee, specialty drinks, and other food or beverages with precision and consistency.
• Greet and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude; take orders, answer questions, guide them through our menu, and build connections within the community.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lb.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations, positive energy, and excellent service.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of barista, café, fast-food/restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for delivering great service with a friendly, professional, and can-do attitude
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and consistency
• Team player who enjoys collaboration, maintains a positive mindset, and supports others
• Curious and open-minded, willing to learn and share Thai culture with authenticity
• Flexible availability preferred, including weekends and holidays
• FOODSAFE certificate is an asset
